ALTUS A9

This flute features a Britannia Silver .958 Headjoint with S Cut embouchure hole. The body and keys are silver plated with a nickel silver seamed body tube. The A9 has a B-Foot, French Pointed-Arm Keys with a Split-E mechanism and Offset G with open holes. Drawn Toneholes are precision machined for a perfect seal with professional hand assembled pads.

This is a powerful flute across the range with an impressive projection. ALTUS are known for their clarity and even tone across the range. This flute is no exception and is paired with a world class handmade mechanism for smooth effortless ergonomics.

Each Altus flute comes with a hard case, soft carry cover, cleaning rod, inside cleaning cloth and outside cleaning cloth.

Standard Series flutes feature handmade silver-plated mechanisms well-known for their hardness, strength, and durability without sacrificing exceptional fluidity and feel. The extruded body tubes maintain a standard thickness and include drawn tone holes and the Altus-Bennett scale.

Other standard features include stainless steel springs, French-pointed keys, and a gizmo key. Each flute comes in a French style leatherette covered wood case with a zippered, fleece lined cover and a shoulder strap.

Do all instruments come with a warranty?

All new instruments come with a minimum 24 month warranty on repairs and we will take care of all servicing and cleaning within the first 12 months upon request. All second hand instruments come with a 6 month guarantee from the date of purchase.

How much is shipping?

All orders over $100 are shipped free within Australia. Orders less than $100 will be shipped at cost (usually $10-$30) depending on the size of the Australia Post satchel.
