Manufactured in 2014, this oboe is in superb condition and has been regularly serviced here at Consortium Music. Keywork is tight and smooth, silver plate is 100% intact and in excellent condition. The wood is clean and has been regularly oiled. It has cracked through the trill holes and this has been professionally repaired and has been stable for many years. Intonation and response is even and accurate throughout the range, and of course it has the renowned rich, warm Marigaux sound.
