How much is Shipping?
All shipping for purchases over $100 is free within Australia. For Items less than $100, shipping is capped at $30 regardless of the size. Most packages can be sent express post for $15 and smaller packages (ie. one oboe reed) will only be $5.
Who do you use to ship orders?
Most of our orders are shipped using Australia Post and Express Post. For larger items and commercial deliveries, we use TNT (FedEx).
What are the average shipping times?
Most orders will take less than three days depending on any seasonal delays. Orders will be dispatched within one business day.
Do you ship overseas?
We can ship overseas at an additional cost, please contact us to get a quote. I haven’t received my order, what do I do? Please don’t hesitate to call or email us and we can look into tracking your order.
