As with all of our hire agreements, if you decide to buy a bassoon within the first three months of hiring an instrument, we will request the hire instrument back, send you a new one and refund the 3 months hire.
Contact us immediately and we will help to diagnose the problem. If the bassoon is damaged from misuse, you may be charged with repair costs. If there is a problem with the instrument - we will either fix it or send a replacement as necessary.
