Schagerl will now also be known for designing a NEW, revolutionary mouthpiece – the APREDATO. The apredato was developed with input from Professor Hans Gansch (former Principal Trumpet of the Vienna Philharmonic Orchestra) and Thorsten Benkenstein (Lead Trumpet, North German Broadcasting Big Band). The APREDATO mouthpiece design features a heavyweight outer sleeve that contains a water reservoir to facilitate optimal frequencies and sympathetic vibration. This unique design is proving popular with many players worldwide.Â
James Morrison has developed his own signature APREDATO mouthpiece that he exclusively uses everyday. APREDATO mouthpieces come in a range of standard sizes, but there are options for additional custom models, contact us for more information.
